He’s made it clear that he’s going to be in my life one way or another, no matter how I feel or what I do about it. And I need his blood to survive now, which means I can’t just leave him.
So, I let him into my life. Reluctantly. Just as friends. Even if he keeps calling me his Shadow and making me want things I’ve never even considered before.
