It comes as no surprise that I die in the line of duty. Im head of the Fairy Intelligence and have made a lot of enemies over the years. What is surprising and really insulting, however, is that it isnt any of the kings of the neighbouring kingdoms that kill me. Or any of the heads of the gangs Ive been tearing apart. Or even the assassins whove been hunting me for my lucrative bounty.
No. It is some droll nobody who claims I bullied him as a kid…And hes ten years older than me! I was supposedly so cruel to him, he learned necromancy just to kill me over and over again.
But I didnt become head of the Fairy Intelligence by letting a little thing like death turn me into a coward. He wants to bring me back to life to kill me a second time? Fine, but hes going to have to make a deal.
And I never make a deal where I dont come out on top.

Monty Python meets Jimmy Car meets healthy BDSM in this insane romcom fantasy. Its dark, its whimsical, its twisted in its humour, and the FMC is unapologetically insane. A great escape for when life is messed up.
To Love and to Perish is the fourth book in the Deathly Beloved series, but it can be read as a complete standalone. There are cameos of the other characters from the series in here, but the plot is completely separate.
