Delilah has successfully completed her test on the floor of Greed, her worst sin whilst alive, and is ready to be taken up to heaven in the rusty elevator that runs through the hotel.
But before Damien, the elevator boy, can press that glorious white button, the lift breaks. As the number of guests rises, unable to pass through the hotel as intended, chaos ensues.
Heather, the receptionist, finds herself dealing with the discontented dead, disappearing ghosts, and a glitching hotel.
