The plan… Can Tor really call it a plan at this point?
Tor After the disastrous events in Tond and Alossa, Tor is definitely winging it. He needs to expose the forces that are setting him up and protect his family.
If he manages to do that, he’ll finally be able to take the time to prove to everyone that he and Pel should be together, no matter what.
Pel Despite first impressions, if there’s one thing Pel’s learned about Tor, it’s that he puts other people’s wellbeing above his own.
It’s a full-time job trying to make sure that Tor stays still long enough to recover from magical exhaustion (again).
But Pel’s determined to safeguard the peace of the United Realms, too, and he’ll follow Tor wherever he leads to get to the truth and keep everyone safe.
Even if it means they’re committing treason and putting their future in jeopardy.
