A lot can change in six years. Especially when the time before those years are a blank slate. But I was handling it well, or so I thought.
Cleaning up the mess of the atrocious healer who came before me, coming to terms with the fact that not only do I have mates but that I have four, and figuring life out one day at a time.
Here’s the thing: not all my mates are on board. One of them doesn’t want me, and I’m not someone who begs. I can’t stay when I’m not wanted. It hurts too much.
But I am starting to put down roots, even though I’m somewhat reluctant. It feels impossible to stay, but how can I leave?
