Working my way through school has been a pain.
Jobs are in short supply,
And the only thing available is a cleaning gig with a local rancher.
Trouble is, he’s the biggest jerk I’ve ever met.
He’s stubborn, he barely talks, and wants me working weird hours.
I know I should quit, but something about him keeps me interested.
Maybe it’s his shoulders, his biceps, or all his tattoos.
I don’t know, but I probably need help.
That fact is confirmed when he shows up at my school,
Threatening the professor.
This shouldn’t make me want him more, I shouldn’t be desperate for his big, rough hands all over me.
Yet here I am, in a soaking puddle, hoping he comes back tomorrow.
