Then a mysterious lady pirate sails into town with an escaped prisoner to find, a tangled past, and more intrigue than a sleepy village has any right to host.
Suddenly, the scent of fresh-baked pie and warm chai can’t compete with the pull of adventure—or the pull of the beautiful pirate.
But the warmth of the found family waiting at The Tusk & Tail has a way of following Cali, no matter how far the tide tries to carry her.
And perhaps the purpose she’s been searching for was never far from reach at all.
