I caught my husband sleeping with our nanny.
One minute I’m standing in Target checking on my fussy baby. The next, I’m watching my husband cheat with our nanny together in the nursery, while my son cries only a few feet away.
Then I start looking more closely at my marriage, and I realize their affair isn’t the only thing they’ve been hiding from me.
But nothing prepares me for bedtime with my daughter, who tells me what she thinks is a funny little story about Daddy and the nanny—and the secret game they play and that she's not supposed to tell me about.
That’s when my heartbreak turns into rage.
My husband thinks I’m still the trusting wife who has no idea what he’s been doing behind my back.
He’s wrong if he thinks I'm going to look the other way.
And I'm going to destroy him.
