Hired as the first female player in the Gridiron Warriors Football League, Rocky Masterson was working on making her dreams come true as a professional kicker.
But it wasn’t easy when some of the other players didn’t think she should be allowed to play. Butch Sutton believed in old-school football: bloody, dirty, and definitely no girls allowed.
Angry that he had to play on the same team as “that girl kicker”, he set out to make her life hell so she’d quit. But making her life miserable comes with one major downfall–she’s good–really good.
Admitting she belongs on the team isn’t easy, what’s even worse is realizing that through all the hazing, major feelings have developed for her too.
Now, instead of focusing on the game, Butch has an even bigger conundrum to conquer, convincing Rocky his feelings for her are real.
