I was seven months pregnant with our daughter when my husband's ex walked back into our lives with a baby she claimed belonged to him.
Anders believed Becca without question and started reshaping our home around her and her son, handing over his attention, our money, and a place under our roof.
Even after Becca hit me, he held her while I stood alone in the kitchen, protecting the child he had promised would come first.
Our marriage should have been over then, yet he still made one final choice no apology could repair.
He put her baby ahead of ours, and now he must live with what that decision cost him.
