School teacher Kate Stone isn’t looking for love. Since her divorce, she’s avoided romantic relationships. Yet, now her daughter Beth has moved out, Kate’s a little lonely.

Granny Viv wants Kate to share the future with a man, not just a dog, and newcomer Rafferty (Raff) Gale might be The One. Even if he seems more interested in dogs than in women.
