Rayden and crew land on Violet’s home city of Toussaint only for them to power down the Griffin for major repairs.
The city is nothing like Violet remembers. Gone is the peace and quiet, replaced with loud advertising, greed and less-than-friendly allies.
In the wake of her master’s death the city has changed and not for the better. Those who killed her master are now after her.
The crew is trying to get the Griffin space-worthy again, but it seems as if the entire city is against them.
Not that it will stop a man like Rayden, though he might be distracted with a lovely helivore still trying to understand what exactly their relationship is.
