Playing at the top level isn’t for everyone. I’m here at Lake University in Minneapolis to win and that’s it. Senior Quarterback, it’s my last chance to win the national title, a shot at finally making my father proud.
My head was completely clear until Austin’s dad took over as our head coach. His sexy silver fox of a father completely messes up my routine. Bringing up ludicrous desires I didn’t know I had. Making it very difficult to forget about my daddy issues.
Every moment we spend together, I lose control of myself. Who I thought I was supposed to be. Who the hell would be rooting for a queer quarterback?

I moved back to Minneapolis to be closer to family. A divorce can really mess up your kid’s heads. They needed their grandparents close by as they grow up.
Plus, I got to coach my son in his last season, making sure to up his draft stock as much as I could. Everything was going according to plan until I met Jackson Hicks.
I expected the cheerleaders to give me a run for my money. Not the quarterback.
