Needing a break from my demanding job, I book a stay at a monster resort.
When a rogue wave threatens to drown me, I’m rescued by a Kraken lifeguard named Zethe. The moment we get back to the beach, he claims I am his fated one—the one he’s been searching for his entire life.
At first, I’m not sure how to feel about his declaration, but the more time we spend together, I find myself drawn to him.
